Our restaurant adventure is over, but you can still enjoy the flavors we introduced from "the accidental restaurant in the middle of nowhere," in the foothills of the Missouri Ozarks. We brought a bit of California with us, as well as international cuisine, and comfort food. The focus is on variety and making things delicious and fresh. You can still find reviews online lingering from TripAdvisor and Yelp to get a glimpse of our history. With just a few perfect balanced items you can create a beautiful and delicious dish. As pictured above, fresh seasonal figs, a bit of ripe melon, a lime wedge and a draped bit of quality prosciutto is a stunner. This is not in our cookbook, but it is one of the items we served in our restaurant when all of the elements came together. Call it a "Bonus Recipe," like that section found near the back of From the Table.
You do not have to be a trained chef like me to make our recipes. Just read through them, get your needed ingredients and follow the clear and tested directions.
